GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) - Mesa County Public Health is alerting the public of a voluntary recall by Nestlé USA.

The recall involves a limited quantity of Lean Cuisine and Stouffer’s frozen meals. The food may contain a wood-like material.

These products were distributed at major retailers across the U.S. between September 2024 and March 2025.

The description of the recalled products is listed below:

  • Lean Cuisine Butternut Squash Ravioli
  • Lean Cuisine Spinach Artichoke Ravioli
  • Lean Cuisine Lemon Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry
  • Stouffer’s 96 oz. Party Size Chicken Lasagna
