Berries Australia executive director Rachel Mackenzie said the awards were more than token accolades.
"They represent the collective effort and passion driving our industry forward, and the introduction of a formal award mechanism gives us as an industry the opportunity to recognise and reward that passion," Ms Mackenzie said.
BerryQuest International 2025 attracted some 540 delegates to hear from 53 speakers and experience the 65 exhibitors within the trade display across the four days of learning, networking and celebration in Hobart, Tasmania.
The event also included two farm tours plus plenty of networking and social opportunities.
