HONG KONG (Nikkei Markets) -- Hong Kong shares fell on Thursday, led by losses for Chinese companies, as uncertainty over the outcome of the Sino-American trade war kept investor sentiment subdued.
The Hang Seng Index lost 0.4% to 28,461.66 after slipping 0.1% on Wednesday. Heavyweights Tencent Holdings and HSBC Holdings slipped 1.8% and 0.4%, respectively.
