Budget Day at the Statehouse

State Assembly Speaker Craig Coughlin presides over Wednesday's voting session at the Statehouse in Trenton.

State lawmakers Wednesday gave final legislative passage to a package of bills that aim to reduce hunger and food insecurity in New Jersey, something that affects 1 in 12 residents and 1 in 10 children, according state and federal data.
